Free Art Workshops

Through a Series of Free Workshops, this community project will enhance the overall beauty of the fountain with mosaic art completed with students and volunteers, guided by professional artist Lynn Takata. Once completed, the fountain will become a lovely and lively place for residents to gather in the hottest days of summer.

No experience is necessary to participate in these workshops! Be part of history by creating mosaics or ceramics in these art workshops with mosaic artist Lynn Takata www.LynnTakata.com/. You will learn about mosaics and make a small piece of artwork for the fountain at Coolidge McClain Park in Silverton being renovated by the community through the Ford Family Foundation. Please register for workshops by sending your name and phone number to: Cindi Bates. For workshop questions, please email Lynn Takata.
